What's for Dinner?

This started with some meatballs cut them up added, mushrooms, garlic and mini tomatoes.. beef cream sauce. 

I had a pork loin thawed out and decided to get some panko crumbs one day when I was at the dollar tree. And in case they weren't good I cut the pork loin into chops and and cooked some plain, as it was a pre-seasoned loin. I bought some fresh green beans because they looked really good and they were delicious. I mixed in some fresh garlic, and butter. Then had some Gouda shells and cheese. It was so so good!!

Dinner video  Easter used to be a huge deal in my family. New dresses, a corsage, and new shoes for church.  Of course the big Easter dinner would follow;  ham, mashed potatoes, macaroni, the usual. But today I decided to go fancy but a different route. I'ma sucker for anything pasta!!!

Work from home? Have leftovers in the fridge? Make it into a salad! 

Burgers and Dogs! So good! This burger is made with garlic aioli and fried pickles! I also put a sweet onion and American cheese on it! Delish! 

Fries and Tots with ranch seasoning, cheese, bacon, and green onions. crispy green beans and fried cheese balls with ranch Ham and cheese sliders topped with poppy seeds, dehydrated onions, and mustard sauce.  And last but definitely not least, chocolate peanut butter brownies, cuz everyone needs dessert!
