Cooking with Kardea Brown
So yesterday was quite eventful. I had planned a big dinner for my family when I had to take my cat to the emergency vet, she is getting older but is doing much better today. So with that said I have made...dun dun dun...Low 'n' Slow Bolognese. It is in the crock pot now, spent about 5 hours in there yesterday.
It's like a really elegant spaghetti sauce. With bacon and red wine. I was supposed to make it with beef chuck. But instead I made it with ground chuck. I'm pretty sure it will be just as delicious as it smells.
