Tonight we are having honey bourbon shake and bake on pork loin medallions. Scalloped potatoes. And cornbread. All in the oven for half an hour. Dinner done!!
I cannot say enough about this dish. It really used to be intimidating. I've made it twice since. My mother-in-law used to make it and I was finally able to make it for my father-in-law since she passed away. I want to thank Tante Eva for giving us the recipe to make sure it stays in the family.
We get those deliver to your home meals sometimes and one of the recipes was this one. They are good and convenient however after a while they all start to have a similar taste to each other. So we decided I could get take these ideas and make them my own. Here is mine and it's delicious!!!
